- Our quoted prices cover labor only, unless explicitly stated.
- Costs for materials, products, or additional supplies are not included in the service price and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Prices may vary if additional labor, materials, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job. The Client will be notified of any price adjustments before additional work begins.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or weather-related issues.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the space is safe and free of hazards.
- Any pre-existing damage to the property must be disclosed prior to service.
- Customers are responsible for securing pets or fragile items during the service appointment.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and Zelle.
- Failure to provide payment upon completion may result in additional charges, late fees, or collection actions. Ader Home Solution LLC. reserves the right to withhold further services until outstanding balances are paid in full.
6. Warranty & Liability
- Ader Home Solution LLC. guarantees workmanship for 30 days from the completion date, covering labor-related defects only. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or natural wear and tear. Ader Home Solution LLC.. is not responsible for any pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or defects in materials provided by the Client.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, and materials provided on our website or in our marketing are owned by Ader Home Solution LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ader Home Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
