Returns
Due to the nature of installation and assembly services, all sales become final once the product has been installed, assembled, mounted, connected, or otherwise serviced by our team.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product after installation or assembly has been completed.
Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order or service appointment before the installation or assembly work begins. Once the installation or assembly service has started or has been completed, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that:
- The product ordered is the correct item, size, color, and model.
- The installation location is suitable and ready for service.
- The product is free from visible damage before installation begins.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective before installation, customers must notify us immediately prior to the installation appointment. We may assist customers in contacting the retailer, manufacturer, or supplier regarding replacement options when applicable.
Service Refusal
Our technicians reserve the right to refuse installation or assembly services if:
- The product is unsafe or damaged.
- The installation area presents safety concerns.
- Required parts or proper conditions are not available.
